C.H. Johnson Consulting, Inc. was retained by McGovern, LLC to perform a market, feasibility, and economic impact analysis of the Highland Park hotel and mixed-use development in Highland Park, IL. The project is a 2.3-acre mixed-use development in downtown Highland Park that includes a 144-room Boutique 5-star Hotel with a total of 10,500 square feet of ballroom and meeting space, 3,500 square feet of pre-function and general circulation area, and a 7,000 square foot spa; 65 condominium residences above the hotel; 23,000 square feet of net leasable office space; a 17,000 square foot specialty restaurant; 9,000 net leasable square feet of street-level retail; and a 400-space underground parking garage.

While irregular for our firm, we have provided our services as a trade out for an equity stake in the project. The project is working its way through financing and City zoning processes.
