Performed two assignments for this facility:
C.H. Johnson Consulting staff preformed two projects pertaining to the expansion of the Hong Kong Convention Centre. The first was an economic and fiscal impact study prepared as a basis to substantiate the need for expansion. Extensive user surveys were performed and historical operating data was analyzed. Factors for delegate and exhibitor spending were based on DMAI surveys, adjusted for local conditions.
The second assignment involved developing program recommendations for the expansion. Working with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Wong & Oyuang, we developed the most competitive meeting room and ballroom configuration available in Asia today.
