PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Johnson Consulting was engaged by the Barron Stark & Swift Consulting Engineers, LP to investigate the market and financial feasibility of a proposed multipurpose stadium in Cleburne, TX. The submitted report also included a study of the total economic and fiscal impact the stadium would have on the City of Cleburne and the surrounding area. After in-depth research and analyses, Johnson Consulting arrived at the recommendation of moving forward with the proposed development, with the stipulation that the 3,000-seat stadium be built in conjunction with a sports complex. This recommendation was made with the belief that the stadium was the initial phase of a multi-phased mixed-use development that would include the aforementioned sports complex and a hotel, retail, entertainment, and commercial village.
