Johnson Consulting was retained by Laramie County to provide a market and financial feasibility study assessing the merits of developing a new multi-purpose event center at the Archer Complex and providing a permanent home for the County Fair. Our analysis assessed the market potential for a new multi-purpose event center based upon current and projected market characteristics; interviews with key stakeholders; and regional and comparable facility development trends.
