PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Johnson Consulting was hired to conduct a 2019 Management and Performance Audit for the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority relating to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The scope of the assignment for the Performance Audit is analyzing customer satisfaction, labor costs, rebooking rates of events, booking rates at events, and compliance with work rules. For the Management Audit, the scope relates to confirming whether management is complying with the requirements of the Operating Agreement, providing feedback for ways to improve compliance with the Operating Agreement, indicating whether management should be changed in any way, and analyzing whether the Center is being maintained properly.
