PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Johnson Consulting was retained by MIG, Inc. to perform a feasibility study for a potential new arena on the campus of Regis University. It is envisaged that the facility will serve as an athletic facility for men’s and women’s basketball as well as an entertainment venue, with flexible space designed to also host trade and consumer shows, expositions, seminars, conferences, and sporting events and will become a destination in itself, contributing to the ongoing growth of University and athletic program. The feasibility study would be part of an overall campus master plan being led by MIG, Inc.

The study by Johnson Consulting kicked off in May 2017, addressing questions on market and industry potential, program considerations such as size, physical attributes, optimal configurations and type of premium seating, as well as facility operations from a demand and financial perspective, as well as from a management and business planning standpoint.
