Ryan has over fifteen years of experience at Johnson Consulting as a director of market and demand feasibility, financial analysis, operational analysis and business planning for university controlled buildings, public-private partnerships, and public assembly facilities.  This includes an extensive amount of work for commercial mixed-use, hotels, conference, convention, and performing arts facilities.  Ryan’s background in finance, business management, and organizational oversight has enabled him to effectively manage projects and understand key requirements for client success in the firm’s projects.
